I wanted to write a brief note of thanks to you and your staff for assistance provided to me in my catering needs on October 16th.
I coordinated a two hour training session with over 50 people at a Columbia area insurance carrier. Once this training was over, we had over 50 very hungry people. Upon walking into the lunch area, people commented on how nice the food looked and its overall presentation. Numerous comments were made about how good the food tasted as wellas the professionalism of the staff in attendance from your company.

From the moment we met Jonathan at the Bridal Showcase at Seawell’s in Nov. 2008, I knew he would be great to work with for my daughter’s wedding reception June 6, 2009. His energy and passion add such excitement to working with him! Capital City Catering certainly met our expectations for an exceptional menu, creative displays, and absolutely delicious food and fresh squeezed lemonade! So many guests expressed that it was the best food they had ever tasted at a wedding reception! It was a fabulous ending to a perfect day!
